maxingvest ag expands Executive Board to 3 members
The Supervisory Board of maxingvest ag has appointed Frédéric Pflanz (47) to the company’s Executive Board. His work alongside Michael Herz and Chief Financial Officer Thomas Holzgreve will focus on managing the majority interest in Beiersdorf AG.
Frédéric Pflanz, who is French and German, most recently worked at the French spirits producer Rémy-Cointreau for five years, mostly as CFO. Prior to this, the Ludwigshafen native spent 18 years working for L'Oréal in Europe and Asia, most recently as CFO of the global consumer goods business.
"Frédéric Pflanz is an internationally experienced financial and consumer goods expert who has worked for family-owned businesses and will further develop the existing Management Board and advance Beiersdorf’s development with his expertise," says Reinhard Pöllath, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of maxingvest ag.

maxingvest consists of the maxingvest ag holding company and the two operating companies Tchibo and Beiersdorf. The holding company is family owned and, as a management holding, focuses on the strategic management of the group. Maxingvest ag owns 100 percent of Tchibo GmbH and controls more than 50 percent of the voting rights in Beiersdorf AG.
